This post explains how to get digital certified true copy (CTC) for any SECP registered company document.
What is Digital Certified True Copy?
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) recently introduced a new system of digital certified true copies (CTC) to make the process of certifying documents more efficient and convenient for businesses. With this new system, companies can obtain certified true copies of their documents in a digital format, which can be accessed and shared securely online.
Log in to the SECP eServices Portal

Apply for Digital Certified True Copies (CTCs)
After logging in, navigate to the ‘List of New Processes’ section and click on ‘Digital Certified True Copy‘.
Fill the Company related information
Fill out the necessary company details such as the name of the company and incorporation number. You can use the select name tool to search for a company for which you want to obtain a Digital CTC.
From the drop down menu, select the documents for which you require digital CTCs. Refer to this page for a list of all the SECP Form Numbers and what they are for. Click continue after providing all details. Note that the email you provide will receive the link to download the CTC.
View your Process Forms
After clicking continue you will be taken to a page where you have to view and save forms. One by one, view them, and save them, and go back. Subsequent forms will be unlocked. At the end, go the the Sign Forms and sign the submission with your PIN. You should know what your PIN is.
Pay the Fees
Once you have filled in the required information and uploaded the documents, you will need to pay the fees for the digital CTCs. Read here about how to make payments to the SECP.
Download the Digital CTCs from your email
Once the application is processed and approved, you will receive a link from SECP to download the digital certified true copy your email. The rest is straightforward.
